Dallas Community Lighthouse is a 501c3 non-profit corporation founded in November 2002.
DCL developed programs that would assist the at-risk child and would extend from the home, to the school and then into the community in which they live. At DCL we call this focusing on the whole child.
Dallas Community Lighthouse is about giving the at-risk child the tools, knowledge and self-confidence they need to succeed in today's world to become future productive and contributing citizens.
